I started a week ago and I have lost 5 pounds so far, I had some oily discharge on the first day, but nothing really noticable. I have also had gas, but nothing uncomfortable. I have been watching what I eat (around 1200 calories per day) and I worked out 4 days, I'm hoping to keep up the exercise and watch what I eat.

Hi i have been using alli for a few weeks and i have been following the 15g fat per meal but there has been some meals that i cheated on, i love the product, at some points during the day i have felt that i needed to go to the bathroom sooner than others but i have neverhad severe problems, i enjoy taking alli and going to the bathroom and seeing excess grease and fat in the toilet shows to me that this product is working, i recommend this product to everyone, i am not over weight according to the BMI scale but i would like to lose a few lbs.

I've lost 15 lbs. I had some treatment effects the first week only, and have had none since. I stick to a low calorie, low carb diet (no junk food except sugar free ice cream or pudding) and i usually take an alli pill with each meal. I don't really excercise much. Sometimes in the evening if I'm snacking on peanuts or something with a higher fat content then I'll take a 4th pill. I have gone down 2 sizes in clothes and feel better than I have in years.

I love reading all the reviews and stuff here. I have been on Alli for a week. I have totally changed the way I eat and I am going to the gym. I lost 3 pounds the first week so I am liking Alli a lot. My diet consisted of a lot of McDonalds and I have completely cut that out. I am eating more friuts and vegetables now. My goal is only 10 pounds weight loss, so I've got 7 pounds to go. Hopefully I can lose those 7 pounds in the next 4 weeks.

I was going to try alli but i’m put off by the potential side effects so i decided to try a more natural slimming tablet i went for Proactol because they say its just made with cactus and no chemicals and it has no side effects, i’ve been on it for a month now and it seems to be working a bit although i haven’t really been on a low fat diet but the important thing for me is that i have had no side effects at all so i’ll stick with it and let you know what happens.

I think that alli works because you are too afraid of eating properly in case you get the TE (treatment effects) so by eating low fat food you loose weight anyway.
